Somewhere in your circle, you actually conluded on what I have been promoting all along, that the girls need to learn to be independent of men, to stand on their own feet.
I never pretended that this is the easy way. It's especially hard in today's employment market and the biases in hiring practices. However, to think half of the educated labor (meaning all the females graduates, not half of them as you mis-interpreted) is non-competitive because of their gender is just plain counter-intuitive. It makes me wonder how the other half (the male graduates), who do not have sex to sell, survive.
I absolutely feel your loving heart to the girls, and in many individual cases, you actually helped them to gain competitive advantages by helping them improving on hard (English being one of them) and soft skills (such as interpersonal).
However when it comes to issuing general views, you seem to teach them to make depending on men their competitive advantage. On the other hand, you point out to them that men are not dependable (骗财骗色骗感情). So which way you want them to go?
