1. Lung granuloma is not cancerous, but cancer can cause lung granuloma.
2. Lung granuloma is mostly caused by infection-induced lung lesion, and the common germ is fugus. Around the lesion, macrophages infiltrate into the lung and other inflammatory cells surrond them and pile up showing as a lump in X-ray.
3. No a serious medical condition in general.
4. Frequently check-up requried to rule out cancer-induced granuloma which grows fast, but make sure "not-too-often" with X-ray to avoid radiation.
5. No good treatment. If it does not grow, mostly doctor would leave it alone, and it can disapper on its own or stays the same without functional interference.
