A week ago, travelers from U.S. were required to step aside and have temperature taken when entering China excluding Hong Kong, as far as I know, there was no effective precaution action taken by Hong Kong authority even though there was known case of H1N1 discovered already.
Days ago, on one flight from Hong Kong to Beijing, there was a tourist from Beijing visiting Hong Kong reported to the flight crew that he was having high temperature, 6 neighboring rows of passengers were required to stay in the airplane and take extra test, and possibly being sent to a designated hospital.
All other passenger were required to fill in two sets of forms with contact information and then let go.
Possibly every international traveler is required to fill in form with contact information. That is about it till a few days ago.
