Surprised to see "Good sense of humor" as a job "requirement". It's rare to see this as a must-have. Usually, it is something more subtle and to be "sensed" during interviews, something nice to have rather than a must-have requirement.

Also wonder how HR folks or hiring managers tell if a candidate has a good sense of humor during interviews. Are there any tests on this?

It would be interesting to hear such a statement that "we didn't hire this guy/gal 'cause he/she doesn't meet our requiremnet of having a good sense of humor".
