Experience can only be learned from the game itself, nobody can teach them. Can you teach Yang Yuanqing and Liu Chuanzhi how to plan strategically or run a huge company? We are side-lookers, many of us are very smart and can figure out the problems. Right, all of us can spot a lot of problems, but can you provide a solution to these problems?
That is the line between the thinker and the doer. We Chinese people never lack thinking, we lack real actions. Many now successful Zhejiang entrepreneurs are just farmers, they don't know any so claimed business knowledge,
but they do it and learn it and get it!
