This is a hospital for LaoWai, namely (anybody who holds a foreign passport). Of cause, it carries a above international price tag.
Go to a few local hospital, you will know.
I personally went to:
1: Tsinghua hospital as patient (I rate it as 3/5)
2: ChaoYang hospital as patient(I rate it as 2/5)
3: Beijing 传染病医院 as a medical equipment supplier（I rate it as 3/5)
4: Couple of other Beijing hospitals as friends of petient(Ｉrate them 2-3/5)
In the US, when a doctor asked me to take certain medicine, I never question the intention of him.
