1.Delivery of High Quality Service (UNIX platforms)
- Provide competitive, efficient and high quality service through best practice,
standardization and automation
- Manages overall day-to-day delivery of ongoing activities. Ensures consistent delivery
to clients.
- Lead our UNIX team to achieve and exceed our Quality targets. Monitors and directs
delivery of services to SLA's requirements.
- Manages and mitigates delivery operation risks
- Ensure effective Crit-Sit management, escalation and resolution
2. Competency Leadership and People Management
- Hiring the right people (with right attitude, skills, experience) at right costs
- Ensure that we have the right people at the right time to satisfy the needs of our clients
- Equip our employees with skills and knowledge to deliver quality services to our clients.
Make the right investment in training and certification
- Make sure the team is motivated. Foster communications to our staff and ensure key
messages are delivered in a timely and consistent manner.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical organization management experiences with team size of at least 15 people
- Business savvy in a matrix organization with different reporting channels
- High level project management skills
- Proven experience in serving culturally and geographically diverse clients
- Focus on quality and unwavering attention to detail
- University and above education with 10 years+ works experience in IT industry, 5 years
as Unix/Linux system administrator. And at least with 5 years+ management
experiences
- Ability to multitask and manage many activities in parallel
- More than 5 year of team leader or management experience.
- Fluent Japanese (Written and Oral)(Shenzhen)
- Good command of English(Dalian)
- Fluent Chinese – Mandarin
