To manage a team for the development of device driver, firmware, middleware, and Windows applications for IC products.
Required:
1. 10 years of experience in software product development
2. Must have experience managing a 10+ team with a MNC organization
3. Strong in software architecture and design
4. Good at defining software process (development, testing, release, and configurations)
5. Good at C, C++, device driver etc.
6. Good knowledge of PC architecture, Linux and Windows (both at kernel level)
7. Strong in cross-team communications, project management, team management, and customer relationship
8. M.S. degree in engineering fields
Desirable:
1. Windows applications (MFC, COM, WPF, .NET, C#)
2. Experience of audio/video (PC, consumer) is a big plus
3. Digital signal processing (DSP)
4. Embedded system and RTOS
