The primary function and purpose of this position:
1. Auto Business Development
a) Working together with Sales and BD on new business development, which including new clients’ acquisition and new solution creation.
2. Project set up
a) Generate project proposal according to client’s requirement.
b) Discuss and finalize project proposal with internal Dept. and clients
c) Work out project implementation plan and work together with internal teams, which including operation team, IT team, HR…
3. Project implementation
a) As a project leader, make sure the project is implemented smoothly and efficiently.
b) During project ongoing phase, keep close communication with client on project regular review, which including business requirement fine-tuning, reporting, emergency handling
4. Project review
a) Responsible for complete project review presentation, which including statistic report review, lesson and learn, suggestion and findings.
Work-related Skill / Competency:
1. Problem Solving Skills & Analytical Skill.
2. MS Office & SPC.
3. Good written & reading English with fluent oral English.
4. Very experience in project mgmt (set up, implementation, review).
5. Call Center operation knowledge is preferred.
6. Marketing/CRM knowledge and experiences is strongly preferred.
