Joe Sloboda, an expert EB-5 consultant and co-founder of Exclusive Visas, will be traveling to Monterrey, Mexico to participate in the last business event of 2011 held by “The Investment Tour” on Thursday, December 1st. The Investment Tour is an investment trade show for business people from Latin America who are interested in expanding business and exploring investment opportunities in the USA. The attendees will obtain information on real estate, franchise, banking, legal, export and import opportunities as well as learn about the EB-5 investment program in the USA.
The Investment Tour is held in the form of panel sessions and presentations within an educational conference format. Joe Sloboda will be speaking about the benefits of the U.S. EB-5 visa program and how to make a safe decision when choosing a Regional Center Project to invest into. The United States EB5 Visa program is a government approved immigration program that provides conditional green cards to qualified foreign investors who choose to invest in specific U.S. companies.
To qualify as an Immigrant Investor under the EB-5 Investment Program, a foreign citizen must invest between U.S. $500,000 and $1,000,000, depending on the unemployment rate in the geographical area. The investment must be made into a commercial enterprise (business) in the United States which creates at least 10 new full-time jobs for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or other lawful immigrants, not including the investor and his or her family.
The event is expected to have an attendance of more than 200 people seeking investment and immigration into the US. In addition to his presentation, Joe Sloboda will be providing one-on-one consultation to prospective EB-5 applicants and will consult them on the EB-5 process, how to fulfill the strict EB-5 requirements provided by USCIS guidelines, various EB-5 opportunities available and how to proceed safely in this process.
