Manpower China: Delivery Manager–(Technical Delivery Team Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team 50-75 direct reports responsible for 140 applications across the globe
- Ensure all metrics and deliverables are met for the contracts supported
- Perform HR functions to ensure individual training plans are in place, employee performance reviews, etc.
- Oversight of business related functions including resource management, and monthly invoicing
- Responsible for customer satisfaction related to services provided by team
- Ensure reporting and other recurring outputs are delivered on time and error free
- Support and instill company values and philosophies in all team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Information Technology or Engineering Background
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with leading large team of professionals, preferably in a sustain support environment
- Excellent people skills, relationship building skills, and able to create a strong team environment
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Familiar with quality concepts and methodologies, especially ITIL
- Good computer skills required, especially with MS Office suite of applications
- Can work independently, and self directed
- Goal oriented, and effective as change agent (able to foster and promote change with team)
- Driven to excel and succeed, strong work ethic, energy and passion
- Able to adopt and support company values and goals, and serve as a role model to team
