Location: Beijing Or Hangzhou

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:

You should have with experience building a world-class R&D organization and driving technical projects in an innovative and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for creating and managing the R&D teams and for the overall planning, execution, and success of the projects. You will also provide a contact for Global site operations with other offices in the World.

Requirements:- Experienced in BTS system integration and verification
- Line and project managerial responsibilities
- Plan the resources to align with organization mission
- Define individual ob<x>jectives and control his degree of achievement for all group members
- Stimulate innovation in the group under his responsibility
- Elaborate training plans for his group and follow his execution
- Recruit top engineers for HZ R&D center, hire and mentor and provide career development and professional growth for highly talented engineers and leaders
- Project planning, follow-up, guiding project members and insuring the quality of deliverables for the product programs
- Follow-up and take corrective actions regarding budget/deadlines of the projects running in the group under his responsibility
- Assure achievement of quality goals for the projects running in the group under his responsibility
- Ensure that co-operation with other sites and teams around the world is smoothly

Education:
Bachelor/Master of Science
