财务总监 (Finance Director)

职责：
1）财会管控（Accounting & Controllership）
 负责公司财务和会计的控制和管理，监督公司会计帐目和帐务处理，以及将公司报表与上级公司/集团公司报表的合并工作；
2）税务筹划（Tax Planning）
 研究国家税收政策，积极与政府财税部门沟通，进行合理税务筹划
3）财务预算及分析（Financial Planning & Analysis）
 负责组织公司长、中、短期财务规划，财务预算的制定；及时分析公司运营状况，提供所需要的各种财务信息和统计数据。
4）资金预测及管理（Cash Forecasting & Management）
 预测公司的资金流量，负责资金调度等活动。
5）市场财务（Marketing Finance）
 制定公司各产品的价格策略，审核、批准业务价格；
 对公司的融资额、平均融资规模、收益、获利能力等销售情况进行多纬度的分析和统计
6）企业发展财务（Business Development Finance）
 从财务、会计、税务等角度，参与公司新业务领域的分析研究
要求：
 本科财会毕业，美国跨国公司4-5年相关工作经验,累计10年以上相关工作经验

Totally around 15 years working experience in finance function, above 3 years management experience; aged around 40 is a must
Solid experience in accounting & reporting, finance planning & analysis, internal control;
Strong communication skills with difference type of people; Mature and presentable
