Our key requirements from a candidate for this role are:
1). Strong technical skills and knowledge of software engineering concepts and latest technologies. (.NET, Sharepoint, Web 2.0, Design Patterns, Oracle, ETL Tools)
2). Strong project management skills...ability to direct planning and manage execution of multiple projects with offshore team. (PMI certified PMP preferable)
3). Experience in customer facing roles...able to communicate with customers to understand business requirements and processes.
4). Experience in using agile methodologies for software development.
