Specifically responsible for:


1. Recruiting, coaching, and developing the people in the team

2. Owning new feature off-shore development activity and driving projects initiation, planning to the end

3. Facilitating cooperation with local and on-shore teams such as product manager, QA and other world-wide R&D teams

4. Setting high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and insuring high quality

5. Providing technical knowledge and guidance to the team

6. Managing a continual improvement program to identify and enhance overall efficiency of the R&D deliverables





Qualifications:


1. A bachelor or above degree in computer science or computer-related fields

2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on management and 5 years of R&D experience

3. Excellent English in both verbal and writing

4. Experienced in R&D process

5. Leadership, people and program management skills

Plus:
1. Experience in Agile, Scrum Master preferred

2. People or program management experience

3. Presale support, product management or customers support experience

4. Enterprise software R&D development and QA experience

5. Oversea working experience

6. ITIL certificate or IT management domain knowledge
