Control and Manage sector ‘Power Transmission’
-Work out pricing strategies for AP region (define price range with the BU-BU specific products)
-Support budget planning from a BU point of view
-Active involvement with international key accounts in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and MRO (Maintenance and Repair Operations)
-Manage Alignment between BU-Region AP-Countries
Be interface to global business unit
Ensure adequate knowledge about products and application for sector managers, sales and local application engineers
Your profile:
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar education
5 years experience in the bearing or power transmission (ideally industrial transmissions, E-motor, construction and agricultural machines or conveying systems) industry, preferably as sales engineer or application engineer
knowledge of industrial sales processes
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Committed to a career in Asia Pacific, with a willingness to travel regularly
Fluent in English, ability to speak German or Chinese would be an advantage
Cultural sensitivity, ideally with experience working across Asia Pacific
