Job description
This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, dealing with external and internal stakeholders, manage client expectation and satisfaction.
• Minimum: 8 years IT experience and 5 years Project Management experience.
• Deep Industry Experience in Banking & Financial Services industry or Automobile/E&E, Distribution&Trasnportation, Public, Retail, Communication industry etc
• Experience in management of numerous internal/external stakeholders with competing interests
• Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and strong leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.
• Fluent in both verbal and written Japanese or English
• PMP certification is an advantage.
