International Operation Specialist
Location: Beijing
Company: A 500 employee software company HQ in Beijing.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for international operation, preparing annual and quarterly business plans and forecast, and ensuring implementation of internal workflow;
2. Responsible for market expansion domestically and internationally;
3. Responsible to organize and finalize business negations and agreements;
4. Assist in sales, marketing, business, and technical operations;
5. Daily communication with suppliers, and supervising business partnership;
6. Interpretation and establishing smooth communication channel both internally and externally;
Requirement:
1. The Candidate must have obtained either university degrees or above, related to international trade, commerce, computer science, or engineering;
2. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Chinese and English; 2 years working experience in international trading companies or has international working experience is preferred;
3. Professional skills: Good negotiation skills,proficient with Microsoft office tools. Previous experience with engineering software/industry is a plus. .
4. Management skills: Strong business planning and implementation skills, capable of working independently & in a team work environment.
