You claimed that you never published, and will never publish, any paper to describe the improvements to the LRU algorithm you invented. The reason is you don’t want to enable other people to reproduce your results without paying you a dime:
However, you have already tried to patent your improvements (US Patent Application US 2007/0198779 A1, Inventor: Qufei Wang). Given this, ordinary people in your profession are able to reproduce your improvements anyway, after reading your application.
