an Analyst to work on the RMB funds team ba<x>sed in Shanghai, China.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of a private equity fund of funds and direct investment funds, including the sourcing and evaluation of primary and secondary fund investments, fund analysis and due diligence, investment research, portfolio analysis and monitoring, participation in meetings with private equity managers and entrepreneurs , and assisting with fund-raising and Limited Partner communications.

1) Bachelor’s degree and accomplished academic record from a top undergraduate institution, degree in Computer Science, Engineering ,Finance preferred
2) 1-2 years of asset management, accounting training, private equity, investment banking, or consulting experience
3) Working knowledge of private equity
4) Thorough understanding of financial analysis and capital markets
5) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
6) Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
