Responsibilities:
• Oversee the coordination of the activities of multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of project objectives and outcomes
• Support and participate in planning and coordinating all aspects of software engineering projects from inception to implementation
• Tasking includes new development, maintenance efforts, and special projects as assigned
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, facilitate communications, manage risks, and report status as requested
• Develops and submits for approval budgets and schedules for assigned projects
• Work to resolve issues that may impact deliverable content or schedule
• Review the delivered results and the team's performance, and adapt as necessary
• Facilitates the flow of information among team members on assigned projects
• Facilitate defect management and escalation tracking within assigned project teams
• Ensures the timely and cost effective completion of assigned projects
• Document and maintain standard processes across all projects following the Company Project Management Methodologies
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in managing software engineering projects
• PMI certification is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of the gaming industry and can leverage knowledge to identify needs and opportunities and develop in depth solutions
• Must be familiar with software engineering disciplines, as well as project management techniques and methods
• Must have good communication, written, oral, and leadership skills
