Responsibilities:
Provide efficient recruiting services to clients;
Work together with clients closely and keep good relationship with clients' recruiting team;
Keep good relationship with candidates;
Provide recruiting solutions to clients and candidates.
Personnel Requirements:
University and above education, good at Spoken and Written English.
At least 3 years working experience. Preference will be given to headhunting industry.
Passion with aspiration to career development in headhunting profession.
Proficient at interfacing with people, with warm personality and good communication skill.

Responsibilities
Assist Consultant to collect industry updates and talent information for compilation of industry analysis.
Guided by Consultant, study and analyze the talent requirements from clients, and provide added value service.
Search candidates using effective sourcing channels with deployment of professional headhunting approach.
Participate in talent screening and arrange as well as coordinate interviews for qualified candidates.
Data entry of candidate’s information to system.
Personnel Requirements:
Bachelor or above preferably with a Graduate Degree and overseas working experience.
Good English skills
Fast learner，down to earth and persistent.
Sociable with good communication ability
Able to work under pressure and like taking challenges.
