Critical Criteria:
• English working proficiency
• Master in Statistics
Work Experience:
• With proven track record in planning, developing and monitoring timelines for statistical management activities in accordance with medical/clinical activities for assigned projects. Jointly with immediate management, assess statistical management resources needs and manage the assigned resources.
• With proven track record in providing expertise in resolving complex problems in support of divisional/company objectives, or assigned projects, or as a consultant to others.
Knowledge / Skills:
• Experience with the design and analysis of clinical trials.(at least 2 – 3 years)
• Working Knowledge of statistical programs (SAS software)
• Own his/her professional network of statistical experts in China is a plus
• International exposure is a plus
• French is a plus.
