需求分析顾问/高级需求分析顾问



职位描述:

工作职责：

1. 与客户沟通获取合理完整的需求；

2. 整理、分析客户需求，建立业务流程图、编写需求分析文档；

3. 讲解客户需求，帮助研发与测试团队准确的理解需求；

4. 管理需求过程，平衡客户需求与开发工作量，有效的变更管理；

5. 对业务流程、产品研发提供支持，协助开发人员按照需求完成工作；

6. 对最终产品质量负责。

任职要求：

1. 计算机相关专业或英语专业，大学本科或以上学历；

2. 3年以上软件需求分析经验；

3. 熟悉软件开发流程，具有一定的项目管理经验；

4. 优秀的业务模型分析能力、沟通能力和文档编写能力；

5. 团队合作精神，以客户为中心；

6. 熟练使用MS Office软件（Visio，Excel，Word，PowerPoint）；

7. 较强的英语水平，能够轻松阅读英文资料，编写英文文档。

优先条件：

1. 有汽车行业从业背景；

2. 了解汽车行业业务流程（批售、销售或售后）及IT系统 ( DMS或CRM)；

3. 英语口语流利者优先。

Responsibility:

1. Conduct the requirement clarification with customers to get full and rational requirements

2. Requirements sorting and analysis. Work out business flowchart and requirement analysis documentation

3. Work closely with and clarify the customer requirements to development team

4. Requirement procedure management. Keep balance between requirement and workload. Strong ability of change management

5. Support the business process translation and development work as per the customer requirements

6. Responsible for the final quality of the product

Required Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, or English

2. 3+ years experience in BA

3. Familiar with software development life cycle

4. Strong skills in business model analysis, communication and documentation

5. Awareness of teamwork and customer-centric

6. Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint



Preferred:

1. Automobile industry background work experience

2. Knowledge of processes in automobile industry (wholesales, sales and after sales), or the related IT systems (CRM or DMS)

3. Proficient in English, oral and writing
