Report line: Consulting Manager - Management Director - CEO
Job Responsibilities
-With P&L responsibility for the area of their management;
-Responsible for managing moderately large or complex assignments.
-Assist business development team with writing and presenting proposal for moderately large or complex projects;
-Have moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives at the client;
-Supervise and review work of less experienced personnel and provide training;
-Manage and lead the project team to ensure opportune and quality delivery to clients.
Job Requirement
-Around 5-year (at least over 4-year) working experience in IT solutions consulting company or strategy consulting company;
-With an expertise or comprehensive knowledge of Steel industry with projects;
-With proven project management skills;
-Skill set should be IT sys planning and implementation or organization/process consulting;
-Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills;
-Have experiences on leading proposal development and project management.
-Base in Shanghai or Beijing
