- With well-developed, advanced knowledge and skills in monitoring the workflow of segments of larger projects.
- Begin to develop an expertise in the SAP FI/CO practice: either technical or industrial, in addition to strengthening project management skills.
- Know China accounting law
- Chinese speaking preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing smaller projects or segments of large projects;
- Coordinate with clients and internal project team to ensure opportune and quality delivery;
- Be responsible for project planning and resource allocation;
- Support practice development initiatives, assist business development team with writing proposals;
- Contact lower to middle level client staff for information and data collection and may participate in client meetings;
- Supervise and review work of less experienced personnel and provides training.
Job Requirement
- Four to Seven years of hands on consulting related experience;
- Experience in the integration and system implementation, or business consulting;
- Three to five full life cycle implementation experience in a consulting role;
- Excellent knowledge of an accelerated system implementation methodology or equivalent;
- Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills;
- Be willing to travel in China and oversea.
