Job Title: General Manager
Reports to: CEO
Location: Shanghai
Summary: Directs and coordinates Chinese operations to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Exercises a wide latitude of discretionary decision-making authority over the day-to-day operation and interests in China..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Contribute at group level to the strategic planning and development of the business
- Position products to take advantage of developments in technology and market needs within the pay media sector
- Development and analysis of new market initiatives and business opportunities
- Source and appoint technology partners within Chinese markets
- Negotiate new software license agreements with pay media operators
- Maintain a high standard of quality of products and services to customers
- Grow revenues and market share in targeted markets
- Coordinates activities with engineering, research and development and product management to effect operational efficiency and economy.
- Establish and operate the business within well-defined policies that comply with regulations and good business practices
- Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
- Coordinates business plans, forecasts and budgets for Chinese operation
- Accountability for financial performance of Chinese operations
- Recruitment and retention of skilled and highly motivated personnel
- Provide the infrastructure and resources for the defined business activity and objectives
- Participate formulating and administrating company policies, directing and coordinating all the department activities to develop and implement long range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.

- Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must.
- Experience in the Technology industry a must.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree (B.S. or M.A.) required and five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
