Responsibilities
• Lead, facilitate and execute cross functions and/or business specific IT infrastructure programs and initiatives in Asia region.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation skill with the ability to summarize and present complex data into project plan, action items and roadmap to senior leadership
• Work closely with IT and business leadership teams to ensure timely communication to the business related project status
• Coordinate IT infrastructure projects and initiatives with regional and global team to leverage standards, resolve process differences and drive optimization/simplification project.
• Work as a business solution leader to evaluate and improve business process through deployment of technology to support the business growth.
• Develop and maintain team and cross functional/business relationship to maximize the project/process effectiveness.
• Define new opportunities to create business value, reduce operating cost and improve controllership through technology. Identify and execute consolidation opportunities.
• Ensure project execution and severity by apply and follow appropriate project management methodologies.
• Prepare, present and review project plans, status, ROI, CBA with project and business leadership team.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum 8 years of experience in technology field.
• Have sound background and broad understanding of all components of Information Technology and Telecom industry in both hardware, software, market trend and concepts
• Substantial experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure deployments
• Strong project management and leadership skill
• Proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple projects.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skill
• Excellent written/verbal English and Mandarin communication
Desired
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Computer Science or a related discipline or Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) graduate
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
