Responsibilities:
1. Manage operations - Performance Testing teams
2. Implement performance testing strategy & drive testing across applications
3. Drive performance improvements across applications
4. Train teams on mercury performance testing tools
5. Manage communication between customers & testing team on regular basis
Skills Required:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience inPerformance Monitoring and/or Performance Testing
2. High level of energy / enthusiasm
3. Strong coaching skills (individual and team) influence/negotiation skills
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Capable of grasping concepts and quickly learning new technologies by self-learning / minimal training.
6. Strong in experience in Topaz, BAC, Sitescope administration
7. Excellent in Vugen scripting & troubleshooting
8. Windows & Unix Administration and application profiling/triage/tuning skills - 2 years
9. Hands on experience in Mercury Load Runner (All Protocols) – 3years
10. Understanding networking infrastructure, Database management
11. Minimum 2 Year in Automation with QTP or Winrunner tools and 1+ year of experience with Diagnostic tools
12. Thorough in Analytical, Debugging & Troubleshooting skills
13. Proven track of leading larger teams & working with global teams
