Responsibilities:
o server/application management/continuity/performance
o new application deployment/tech design
o helpdesk support/vendor issue resolution
o systems admin/Europe HQ support
o Stamford reporting (dev/changes)
o Change management oversight
o Technical change management
o Backups/DRP (this is driven by team)(tapes are managed by CSC)(team responsible for backup methodology)(Leeds team can do DISK backups)
o Technical project support
o Be proactive regarding DB performance
Requirements:
Must to have
1. Good knowledge on BI and have good troubleshooting skills
2. Good Understanding Accounting and hands on exp on Financial modeling in Cognos planning
Perfer to have
1. have exp on OFA Installations and troubleshooting would be a plus
2. have exp on Supporting informatica connectivity and data loads would be a plus
3. Have knowledge on Apache, IIS, Windows security, Windows Domain would be a plus
