Responsibilities
· Project scope control and minimizing the size of customization;
· Managing project scope and cost;
· Preparing, tracking and adjusting project plan;
· Managing Internal project team;
· Managing the execution of project activities as per the defined procedure and standards;
· Coordinating with customer interface throughout project lifecycle;
· Performance appraisal of project team members;
· Providing functional departments with feedback and evaluation of their work quality;
· Reporting to the project group manager with project status information;
· Accomplishing other Project Director assigned tasks.
Requirements
· Bachelor or above degree from top university;
· Proficiency in English a must , ability to work independently in pure English environment;
· 3 years above PM working experience in managing large scale software development projects in cross-cultural teams, experiences in managing insurance software development a plus;
· PMP certificate a plus;
· Strong desire to work on projects outside China and willing to travel;
· Highly motivated, and entrepreneurial.
