Picks up new, complicated, abstract concepts quickly
Self-motivated, overcomes obstacles independently, strong work ethic, hits deadlines without supervision; excellent time management, juggles many priorities correctly, and ability to assess risk and act accordingly, predicts/notices issues early
BS in Computer science (or an equivalent degree), 5+ years of professional, hands-on engineering, object-oriented, games and/or large enterprise web application projects in Java; able to code well in one or both languages
Understanding of client/server architectures
A good mentor and communicator: excellent oral and written communication skills (oral English and Mandarin required, written English required, written Mandarin strongly preferred)
Able to travel: some international travel may be required
Flexible work schedule since communication with international teams is required ；
B：Software Engineer - MMO Server 服务器软件工程师Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
Accountable, self-directed individual with strong problem solving skills; able to quickly navigate legacy codebase; understands incremental iterative approach to software development.
Strong communications skills in Chinese; proficiency in English is a plus.
5+ years of software engineering experience in the Online Game industry; shipped at least 1 MMORPG title for the China market.
Strong programming skills
Proficient in C/C++, SQL, Python, and various Unix shell scripting.
Knowledgeable in Linux systems and network programming, familiar with Linux development environment.
Knowledgeable in Relational Database systems
Able to work on a cross-platform code base.
