the Ascott group,developed in 1994 ,was an Asiapacific pioneering company in property.a lot residental property,shopping malls,the Ascott international group.it focus on service residences.
we are in 21 countries. we have 47 properties across the 21 countries. we are expanding quite rapidly. and very much focus on the service department.
our customer base at Ascott Mayfair depending on season primarily. world ,not worldwide,yearwide majority looking about 60% corporate clients.
they are the biggest client i can tell at this moment, when you going to summer month once again, you'll have some leisure market， come through lots of family,lots of children.
we have a lovely garden area in the back of the hotel as well,which enable you to be outside as well,just be comfortable.so lovely hotel, great location,i think and good service is what we really trying to focuse on to get our clients to hail back。
Well, i will be probably straight(not sure). You are looking from our smallest apartment 200 + VAT(Value Add Tax) B.Pounds per night, and our highest rate will be 595 pounds + VAT per night.so ,we have something for everyone,you know,just depending on what you are looking for.
