RTP R&D –Global HWEE Service Engineer
a. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages portfolio for one or more applications (service) in the HW Engineering Environmentts area, including development and deployment roadmaps. Plans and initiates tool development actions to ensure definition, functionality and implementation meets customer needs. Create and lead application support network including local concept owners and key users. Act as a main interface to collect business requirement for development.
b. REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Previous HW design experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English
- Knowlege and experience with major HW design tools and vendors
- Experience in providing cross-functional services
- Experience in service or product portfolio management

Engineering Solutions is part of R&D Services (COO/RTP) and is responsible for driving efficiency in R&D through process, methods and tools for Software Design, Hardware Design, Customer Documentation and Document Management and Archiving.
RTP R&D –R&D Project Manager
a. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: to act in local planning, execution and close out project phases, giving support to the line managers in the conduction of the projects.

b. REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience and knowledge in project management
-Technical background in R&D projects (HW design)
-Estimation techniques
-Risk management techniques
-In line with PMI and AGILE procedures
-Fluent written and spoken English

d. Business Unit Description: The RTP PD HW is responsible by the in house Hardware design for platform products. Platform development provides the platform for all business units of NSN, targeting, low cost products (development and maintenance) with high quality design.
