CFO US/China needed. The Company manufactures soybean oil, salad oil and soybean meal with an annual processing capacity of 520,000 metric tons in 2008. The company is a public traded company in the U.S. and it is a leading non-genetically modified (non-GM) soybean processor in China. Currently, company is looking for someone not afraid to think out of the box. You will be responsible for the financial and accounting management for our company and its subsidiaries in China including U.S.GAAP financial statements for SEC filings, 404 internal control and communication with Wall Street analysts and institutional investors. Applicant must have experience with SEC financial reporting requirements. You will be working with CEO and President to prepare assorted financial reporting. In addition, you need to work with SEC approved auditors to prepare financial statements for quarterly and annual reports. Position will require travel to China. In addition, you will be involved in many aspects of our core business, such as business development, road shows, corporate lawyers, auditors, institutional investors and others. This is where the right person will be able to utilize their "out of the box" ideas and really have an integral part in growing this firm to the next level. Applicant should have at least 8-years of experience in accounting and preferably been a CFO for a U.S. public company. Applicant must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
