Title： Operation Manager from service industry

Reporting line: Direct report to GM. Lead direct-report subordinates of 4.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual package is around Rmb500K including basic salary, welfare, bonus. Negotiable.

Working Location: Shanghai,PR China

Job Description: This role shall be in charge of the overall on site operation, including the aquarium and mammal show theatre. The person needs to provide direct leadership covering customer service, building service, aquarium display operation, mammal show operation.

Requirements priority:
1. Operational management experience: prefer candidates from service industry (retail-chain-shops, theme park, travel-related service), or even manufactory, as along as candidates have strong project management and process management skills.
2. Either needs to have oversea working experience (Singapore, Hong Kong or Taiwan) or at least is adaptive to foreign investment company.
3. Strong execution ability
4. Good communication, coordination and leadership skill. Influential.
5. Marine biology background is highly preferred.
7. Expecting on-board day: June of 2009.
