Responsibilities:
* Owns,Validates and reviews project testing plan, testing schedule and ensure testing quality and passing rate
* Recruits, challenges and develops talent artists
* Owns and updates artist level defination and review process
* Creates artist training plan, including writing training materials, deliver class and result
* Collaborates with others to define project goals including scope, quality and timeframe
* Art directions to team and managers to completion, modifying project plans as necessary
* Focuses on proactive talent-planning for team, including developing leadership skills in others.
* Mentor Team Leads on effective people management and career development for a fast growing studio
* Leadership
Requirements :
* 3+ years of art/game production knowledge
* 5+ years of working knowledge of Maya or Max
* Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills
* Strong 2D PhotoShop skills
* Ability to follow specific requirements and guidelines
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers
* Team player
Desirable Skills:
Experience in game art production
College degree in fine arts
Experience working on console development
Knowledge of production life cycle, tools, processes, mangement tools and planning
