1)Risk Management Consultant-OR (Operation Risk)
职位描述/要求：
Job Description
Banking risk management processes and organization;
Banking organization management (basel II requirements);
Undertake research into capital, stress testing and RAROC methodologies;
Develop and implement banking risk management policies, procedures and reporting.
Job Requirements
At Least 5 years experiences in business processes of banking, preferably in corporate banking;
At Least 5 years experiences in HR or banking organization management;
In-depth knowledge in banking products and services;
Knowledge in basel II, prefer has experiences of basel II implementation;
Risk Management project / practice experiences;
Able to lead a team of consultants to perform consultative work with clients;
Able to travel extensively.
2) Risk Management Consultant-CR (Credit Risk)
职位描述/要求：
Job Description
Credit risk management processes and infrastructure;
Quantitative methods and tools supporting credit risk measurement;
Financial product/derivatives valuation and operations;
Undertake research into capital, stress testing and RAROC methodologies and statistically based portfolio management techniques and recommend, implement and manage the chosen methodologies;
Support the validation and enhancement of PD, LGD and EAD methodologies that comply with the requirements of the New basel Capital Accord;
Develop and implement quality control and efficiency measures in data sources and processes.
Job Requirements：
At Least more than 5 years experiences in Risk Management projects, preferably in basel II (Credit Risk);
At Least 5 years experiences in Banking Process areas such as SL, CL, SML;
In-depth knowledge in banking products and services for retail banking;
Knowledge in operations and credit audit processes;
Risk Management system implementation experiences(preferred but not a must);
Able to travel extensively;
Able to lead a team of consultants to perform consultative work with clients.
3)Risk Management Consultant-MR (Marketing Risk)
Job Description
Market risk management processes and infrastructure;
Quantitative methods and tools supporting market risk measurement;
Financial product/derivatives valuation and operations;
Undertake research into capital, stress testing and RAROC methodologies and statistically based portfolio management techniques and recommend, implement and manage the chosen methodologies;
Develop and implement counterparty risk measurement and management policies, procedures and reporting;
Develop and implement quality control and efficiency measures in data sources and processes.
Job Requirements
Be familiar with trading product pricing, including bonds, swaps, options, credit derivatives etc;
Be familiar with basic market risk management approaches, such as limit management, VaR, and stress test;
Experience with market risk management system will be a plus;
Good communication in English
