Candidates must have regional HR experience ( this is an absolute must ) , having worked for reputable MNCs and have acute HR management breath and depth and have been exposed to best HR practices.
Overview:
The Senior Human Resources Manager will provide generalist support to the South Asia and South East Asia regions. Also this position will be the central focal point for APAC Field Operations ( a critical arm). This position reports to Human Resources Director, APAC.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a key advisor to line management on organizational and human resources matters.
• Ensure effective communication of human resource practices, processes, and programs to management and employees.
• Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent manner.
• Recruit all positions for South Asia and South East Asia regions.
• Implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive employee / employer relationship and promote high level of employee morale, productivity and engagement.
Manages day-to-day employee relations matters for South Asia and East Asia regions.
• Coach managers to improve performance.
• Manage Payroll for South Asia and South East Asia with Finance and Outsourced Payroll providers.
• Coordinate salary increase cycle and performance appraisal cycle for all employees in South Asia and South East Asia.
• Be the central focal point for APAC Field Operations( a critical arm) under the concept of "1 stop-shopping" for clients.
Qualifications:
• 10 -15 years of HR generalist experience. Software industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit key management and staff.
• Ability to act in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem solver.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and management skills. Good eye for details.
• Bachelors degree required, MBA or other related Master's degree a plus.
• Travel: Approximately 10%
