Job Purpose
To deliver Supply Chain Development (SCD) parts transfer projects into RRAP
Region to schedule and cost in accordance with process.
Key Accountabilities
1. To lead the execution of all parts transfer projects from outside region into region once
an inloading project has progressed through gate 2 of GQP 4.53, including:-
1.1 Maintaining a work breakdown structure and lead and direct workstream leaders
and other IPT.
1.2 Maintaining business cases.
1.3 Maintaining transfer plans in MS Project.
1.4 Managing programme cost and resources to ensure delivery of the plan.
1.5 To secure adequate application of resources and funding through QFR and ESORB
process.
2. To support the execution of all parts transfer projects from outside region into region
prior to gate 2 of GQP 4.53, including:-
2.1 Leading the inloading region Junior leader workstream of the IPT and attending IPT
meetings in RRNA, RRUK and RRD by webex.
2.2 Inputting to and approving all business cases, MS Project plans and resource plans
on behalf of the offloading area IPT leader.
3. To review RRAP programme status with stakeholders in accordance with Supply Chain
Development Programme governance, and using standard and system generated Key
Performance Indicators.
4. To identify and highlight risk through production of an RRAP risk register and to direct
corrective action to address programme/project risks or deviation from plan.
5. To ensure compliance with process through deployment of standard process application
and carrying out compliance & capability health checks.
6. To collect and communicate lessons learned and improvement recommendations to
appropriate fora.
To lead and direct IPT leaders in Region to achieve successful application of their
accountabilities.
