A meaningful correction of 10-15% should really be well expected, why panic bulls?
Market needs a rebound and it will have to get one here, unless we are having another Lehman.
Buy banks in HK/China, BOC is now only trading 1.5PB, with clear earning prospect, as well as 998.HK Citic Banks.
1H trading will be hard, so keep it tight....
3 things to look at:
1. China tightening, fundamentally it is not a bad thing but we need to climb the wall of worry and we r now.
2. Greece and Eur. They suck! Short them into their rallies.
3. Obama... well, same as 1st, we r in the uncertainty of Obama, which i see a 30% probability for a complete screw up.
Long Large Cap US firms, Long China thematic consumption and policy names, short EUR/USD to hedge...
