sales Manager / Business Development Manager: The Sales Manager /
His / Her responsibility will be to identify, negotiate and manage relationships with customers by offering services and products that position as a key partner in the customer’s IT initiatives .
The Business Development Manager will strategize to identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities. The role requires an ability to quickly understand new technologies and business models and be able to evaluate their relevance to the customer’s vision.
Specifically he will be responsible for:
• Possess a deep understanding of the Life sciences/Healthcare industry in China together with hands-on sales experience in these industry sectors.
• Experience as a senior Business Development, Account management and Relationship management executive.
• Experience in selling of IT Services to clients and possess a good understanding of the sales lifecycle.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and developing a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
• Strong presentation, strategic planning and negotiation skills
• Understanding of P&L/ Financial Reporting
• Competitive sales analysis
• Conceptualize and run target marketing & penetration campaigns
• Budget Management
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, computer science or engineering with an MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of strategic alliance or business development experience in the technology industry.
