the US-listed electric and electrical company, they operates the business globally, now in china, they have one plant and one office located in pudong.
Seeking an aggressive, creative, high energy and results oriented professional with 7+ years related experience. Must be a strong leader with proven effectiveness in delivering the rapid realization of significant deflation through Supplier Negotiations / Collaboration / Productivity / Value Engineering requirements and using Activity based Costing. Proven ability to reduce direct and indirect costs while retaining quality and improving inventory positioning. Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Candidate must possess strong negotiating, analytical thinking, project and financial management skills. Ability to effectively deliver on sourcing financial commitments and drive change through the supply chain. Excellent PC, oral & written communications skills; ability to function in a team Environment. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
