Travelling:
Frequent travel within China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Acquisition of new clients, developing new markets and creating new sales activities in China.
+ Taking care of the existing customer base, ensuring and developing customer satisfaction as well as handling customer specific requests.
+ Foresee market trends and requirements; intensive market observation with respect to product and price developments.
+ Planning and realizing business plans and reaching all qualitative and quantitative goals.
+ Gain interest and get approvals from automotive OEM Companies' Engineering, IT and Purchasing Departments to use our simulation solutions or services.
+ Extend usage and cross-sell additional services with existing clients.
+ Increase awareness of company solutions in the market.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above
+ Preferably major in Automotive Engineering, Marketing or related discipline
+ 5 - 10 years related Sales Management Experience in the Automotive Industry
+ Best contacts with Automotive OEM in Engineering, IT and Purchasing departments in China
+ Preferably experience with simulation solutions
+ Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to MS Word, Excel and Outlook
+ In-depth understanding of Sales Processes
+ Best reputation and references necessary, Proof of any sales success
+ Strong communication
+ Negotiating skills
+ Good organizing ability
+ Good presentation skills
+ Fluent English, spoken and written.
+ Fluent Chinese, spoken and written
+ Preferably knowledge of German would be an advantage
+ Strong self-initiator, confident, assertive, reliable
+ Willing to travel extensively within China
+ Willing to live and work in Shanghai
+ In good health
+ 28-40 years old
