开发职位对于候选人的coding能力要求较高，工作中90%都是coding工作。
职位需求：senior engineer 2人，tech lead 1人。同时UI职位也可兼顾看看，UI职位偏重基于分析了解用户的需求的基础上，设计产品的功能。
目标候选人来源：优秀的做互联网应用软件的公司如：阿里巴巴、百度、搜狐、新浪，thoughtworks等，微软等。

If you would like to:
? Use the latest tools and techniques (currently Artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, Ruby on Rails, xml, Agile Methodologies, Web Services...)
? Drive the design and construction of a complex business problems into innovative technology solutions
? Do hands-on coding and proactively mentor developers
? Coach development teams of 5 to 10 people from project definition through implementation
? Create complex, rich usability challenging business applications
? Work directly with world class software engineers, product managers and our CTO
? Communicate with lawyers, accountants including effective use of solutions, proposals and other effective manners.
And you have:
? 5+ years experience of analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale OO applications
? Strong development experience with OO languages such as Java, JavaEE, Ruby on Rails, Python, Groovy, C#, MySQL, SHELL, Unix/Linux
? Strong knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, testing driven design, automation testing and unit testing
? Prefere to have Agile Methodology knowledge, such as Extreme Programming (XP) & SCRUM
? Leadership experience in directing team in specific project activities, estimation and resolving urgent problems.
? Track record in delivering complex Web based business applications under pressure and tough deadline.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English in international hi-tech companies.
? Ideally with an academic background Master/PHD in Computer Science or Engineering
