Client:
An international supplier to the automotive industry
Salary:
RMB 7,000 - 10,000 / month (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shanghai, China
Reporting to:
Engineering Director (German)
Travelling:
<10%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Maintenance, update and release of internal and external product data;
+ Local product design and development to fulfill local customer's needs and requirements in testing, prototyping, industrialization;
+ Product engineering support for commercial activities eg. exhibition, road show, technical days etc;
+ Support related internal and external Department. also internal project team to develop and raise the quality of new product;
+ Test and sum up the technical data and target of new product;
+ Communicate with product design planning, coordinate worldwide product R&D resource for local R&D, especially with German HQ;
+ Keep internal design data confidential.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree with major in engineering (mechanical, automotive).
+ More than three years design experience at international manufacturing or development service company.
+ Must have 2 years experience in automotive industry in China.
+ Excellent computer skills in normal software, experience in 3D design programs, especially CATIA V5 and other related drawing programs.
+ Some knowledge for local and international norms and documentation data base for automobile industry.
+ Good command in oral and written English. German or Japanese is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work independently.
+ Good timing / activity planning, precise, and responsible.
