Provide overall supervision of functions of Transactional Processing and General Accounting. Transaction Processing refers to Payables/Payment (T&E, Inter-co and external) and Receivables (interco and external) processes. General Accounting refers to costing, PP&E and fixed costs accounting processes.
Responsible for month/quarter/year end closing and prepare for related financial statements to ensure that accounting cycle is aligning with US GAAP and corporate related policies and guidelines. E.g. review and approve T&E vouchers according to DOA.
Coordinate with statutory reporting, external and internal auditing and all tax statutory requirements from local government. Improve internal control, SOX and risk management.
Work with IT to ensure SAP or Four Shift system errors are minimized and resolved timely; Support and participate in global SAP improvement projects
Work with operations team to improve the process of revenue recognition, expense control, capital expenditure and cash flow management. Review and update factory standard cost.
Provide accounting training to finance team and work on any other initiatives assigned by North Asia Finance Director
