Job profile:
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic market research professional to join our International FMCG team.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Conceptual design of studies (determining the aims of the study, designing the questionnaire, preparing the code plan, etc.), cost pricing and preparation of offers
- Counseling, technical instructing and monitoring of the employees involved in the project in internal and external coordination and conducting of studies
- Supporting and counseling of customers; maintaining and extending relations to existing and new customers
- Determining of study concepts; independent deriving of strategic recommendations from the study results; giving presentations to the customer
- Supporting and developing others by means of successful vocational training and technical instruction
Your profile: An enthusiastic, motivated and (deadline-driven) individual with at least 5 years experience in working as Senior Research Consultant or at least 8 years in a comparable post in market research, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor degree or above
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong analytical skills
- strong planning and organizational skills
- high level of computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications
You also enjoy working as part of a small, energetic team, have the ability to work under pressure and are self-motivated and adaptable.
