Location: Shanghai

Salary Package: RMB 400-800K

The Senior I/S Implementation Leader plays a key role in projects, business studies, and application architecture. He/she is accountable for ensuring that the overall functional and technical design of I/T applications meets business requirements, conforms to Company I/T architecture, optimizes productivity and minimizes long-term cost of ownership. He/she works to define business needs, and serves as a leader and mentor for Jr Implementation Leaders.

The primary focus for this role will be M&A, JV and SAP applications. This role will work with other Sr Implementation Leaders to ensure the integration of solutions across work processes.

- Provide overall technical leadership and functional expertise across global teams for requirements management; leads Requirements Process for new development
- Accountable for ensuring that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Company I/T architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term cost of ownership
- Ensure work process and functional integration across teams and assist with issue resolution
- Understand and assist with implementation of long-term product/system vision for I/T
- Mentor and coach Jr Implementation Leaders
- Provide functional and technical leadership while accounting for lifecycle management.
- Act as liaison with the functional Expertise Centers to assist in shaping new opportunities
- Provide consulting expertise to non-project efforts (as agreed to or authorized by global IS Program Office)
- Leverage information/learnings across Implementation Leadership group
- Consult and ensure the implementation of long term work process and product/system vision

-Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project and support work processes as well as project/application development methodologies.
-Demonstrated experience working on simultaneous projects across multiple technologies, multiple locations and with a variety of stakeholder groups.
-Ability to partner with internal customers and sell ideas to those customers is important in this role.
-Worked with diverse team members in different geographical locations. Implies good English communications skills, both oral and written.
-Demonstrated history of partnering with customers.
-Accomplished tasks through others without having direct administrative responsibility
-Ability to learn the Company Manage Information (MI) work process, sub processes and applications.
-Contribute towards continuous improvement of MI work processes.
-Ability to successfully integrate China implementation resources, where possible, without compromising to existing service levels and customer satisfaction rate.
-Meet or exceed Service Level Agreement in place.
-Communicate status, metrics, risks and issues on a timely basis.
-Manage project scope and requirements.
-Design and implement cost effective solutions.

University degree with a major in Computer Science, Manage Information System, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

6-Sigma certification desired. Will be expected to work towards this certification if not currently possessed.

Key Prior Experiences:
- At least 10-15 years working experience in IT or related fields
- Development and/or implementation experience in R2 ERP, R3 ERP, MySAP ERP. Deep and broad functional expertise in areas SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Material Management), PP (Products Planning), QM (Quality Management), PM (Plant Maintenance) preferred.
- Participated in an application development process
- Involved in a system implementation project from start-up to implementation
- Project and people management
- Participated in cross-functional teams
- Held jobs supporting and working with a number of work process, business, and technology areas
