Client:
Global Call Center Software + Services Provider
Salary:
Up to RMB 200,000 base salary (based on experience) + Bonus based on sales results
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Guangzhou, China (Client currently has no office in Guangzhou and therefore the hired candidate will have to work from home in the initial stage and travel to Beijing from time to time, where the China Headquarters is located)
Reporting to:
General Manager China
Travelling:
Yes, through China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interview
RESPONSIBILITIES:
► Sales
+ Responsible for meeting booking and revenue targets.
+ Negotiate contractual requirements and company financial requirements.
+ Sell company's services to customers and partners
+ Ensure all Terms and Conditions comply with company standards
+ Ensure project scope is properly documented and matches customer expectations prior to quote
+ Responsible for taking out of the scope work back to the customer
+ Together with a Solutions Consultant responsible for a full and complete Service Engagement Package
► Account Management
+ Communicate with customers on a quarterly basis to drive add on projects
+ Perform regular quarterly visits
+ Understand customers long term vision
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor
+ Minimally 3 years of sales and account management experience in the Contact Center Industry
+ Preferably have experience working for a Multinational Corporation in China
+ Fluent Mandarin
+ Fluent English
